Claremont Senior Apartments publishes a monthly newsletter to keep all residents informed as to upcoming events and activities. There are weekly exercise classes for those interested. Every month there is a Luncheon to celebrate residents who are having a birthday.
There is a library in each clubhouse. The clubhouse also has a hair salon with a manicurist on site. A maintenance staff member is available seven days a week.
Residents are offered free morning transportation five days a week for necessities such as doctor appointments, shopping, banking, legal appointments, etc. All water service and garbage collection is included in the monthly rental fee.
