The features at The Claremont Senior Apartments are designed to provide comfort and peace of mind for our residents. Every apartment has either an indoor laundry hook up2, a stackable washer and dryer is included in select one bedroom units. Many apartments have patios and some even have a backyard. Some apartments have step-in showers and/or a tub with shower. All of them are equipped with handicap rails for your safety. You will like the generously sized closets and some residences have a walk in closet. All of the windows feature blinds to help with keeping the apartments warm in winter and cool in summer. A separate control for individual heating and air conditioning is a part of each unit.

A hair salon is in the clubhouse.
The kitchens have built-in appliances and lots of cabinet space. There is reserved parking for residents with a vehicle. Claremont Senior Apartments publishes a monthly newsletter to keep all residents informed as to upcoming events and activities. There are weekly exercise classes for those interested. A highlight for residents is the monthly luncheon. There is a library in each clubhouse. The clubhouse also has a hair salon with a manicurist on site. A maintenance staff member is available seven days a week for maintenance emergencies. All water service and garbage collection is included in the monthly rental fee.
