Thank you for your interest in our Claremont Senior Apartments an independant Senior 55+ Rental Community. We are located in Clovis, across the street from two major shopping centers, which features Sears, Target and more than seventy-three other retail stores. All is within walking distance, making shopping very convenient. The location of Claremont Senior Apartments is well suited for senior living.
The Claremont's spacious one and two bedroom apartments are secluded in the privacy of a gated community. Each unit features a well appointed kitchen, large bathroom and a generously sized bedroom. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom units have a walk in closet(s) and large bathrooms.
We are close to a major shopping center.
Enjoy getting exercise in the swimming pool.
Six floor plans are offered. Each apartment has washer-dryer hook ups. Select one bedrooms include a stackable washer and dryer. We have a hair and nail salon for your pampering needs. Both of our Clubhouses have fireplaces.
Our Clubhouse’s feature large screen TV’s. We offer activities like free exercise and Tai Chi classes. Other amenities include a pool, spas, exercise equipment and barbecues. Our office is located at 2151 Sunnyside, off Shaw Ave, in Clovis. Our hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We take lunch from Noon until 1 p.m. The Office is closed on weekends.
